Dutch grower Chrywijk just started with the supply of two new disbudded chrysanthemums Marama & Marama Sunny from breeder Dekker Chrysanten.
The pompom flowers (6 cm in diameter) of the Marama’s are described as perfectly round balls. “That is why we have chosen the name Marama, which means moon in the Maori language”, explains the breeder.
Chrywijks supply will include about 7,500 stems a week at the FloraHolland auctions in Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk and Rijnsburg (Netherlands).
