Nic van der Knaap awarded by RHS

Recently, the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS), the UK’s foremost gardening charity, announced the recipients of its prestigious annual awards for contributions to horticulture. In total 21 awards were presented, among them the Reginald Cory Memorial Cup which was designed to encourage the production of new hybrids of garden origin. This cup has been awarded to Nic van der Knaap (Netherlands) who founded Anthura, a company which is now a world leader in anthuriums.
